Losing a friend is always hard, and 'Jackass' star Bam Margera lost his very best friend when Ryan Dunn died in a violent car accident last week."It was pretty much the worst news I've ever heard in my life," Margera told E! Online while sitting next his wife, Melissa "Missy" Rothstein.
"He was my best f--king friend in the world. It's been five days now and I can't stop crying man," a visibly upset Margera said. "I just don't think it should've been him."
Though news of Dunn's death came as a shock -- Margera woke up to the news in Arizona -- the 'Jackass' star's reckless driving didn't come as a surprise.
"He flipped me in a car eight times at the same exact spot in 1996," Margera said. "Thank God I had my seat belt on, because ['Jackass' star] Chris Raab put one on me, but my brother didn't have one on. He flew 40 feet. Thank God he's alive. But like, Dunn was always a maniac at driving."

I know all you guys feel like Dunn was a moron. But that was Bam's best friend. Yes he was an idiot for drinking and driving. But, Dunn isn't murderer. The guy shouldn't have gotten in the car with Dunn in the first place. & the fact that he did, makes him an idiot too. So don't call Dunn a murderer. 'Cause he isn't.

NO he murdered the dude who was in the car with him.
If jackas* had lived he would have been charged with vehicular homicide which is basically the same as murder...And when their is a civil suite against his estate, jackas* will be held liable for the death of his friend.
LOL yeah, Dunn's not a murderer, but it's the guy IN the car with him's fault? Great logic
ACTUALLY HE IS A MURDERER. HAD HE LIVED AND HIS FRIEND STILL DIED, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP ON MANSLAUGHTER CHARGES IN THE KILLING OF HIS FRIEND. PEACE AND RESPECT TO HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY. SORRY FOR THEIR LOSS, BUT EVEN HIS FRIEND BAM STATED IT WAS PROBABLE...
even though it was his stupid fault for driving drunk, you can't say "it SHOULD have been him"... a life was lost, no matter whose fault it was. how dare you be happy he died, seriously. everyone makes mistakes. you've never done something reckless? please.

It's sad that he had to die like that, but yes it was his fault for drinking and driving. And thank God it was just him and no one else. He says "I just don't think it should have been him..." So not to be mean, but what if it weren't him...What if he had hit another car and killed innocent people. That would have been better? No! God gives us chance after chance. If were going to be dumb and not stop doing what we know is wrong...Then you get what you get. Bam also sounds a bit inebriated as well...Sorry if i'm wrong...But if he was wasted...Maybe it's time take this tragedy and turn your life around. Life is not a big party all the time...Time to grow up.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm also so sorry for the people that can't refrain themselves to say negitive words at a time like this. If you can't say anything nice people. Don't say anything at all.
that was a sweet Porsche what a shame!!
There is no debate, studies on the effects of alcohol indicate that it slows reaction times and loosens inhibitions. So it is not surprising someone who is intoxicated would be more likely to speed and less likely to be able to control the speeding vehicle. The deaths are regrettable, but not surprising. Of course it is cliche but don't drink and drive.

Thank you for actually be an intelligent person who's willing to defend the death of someone while everyone else thinks they’re cool for attacking him saying he deserved it and is an idiot.
