Lindsay Lohan Finishes House Arrest and Heads to the Hamptons?

Today is quite a good day for Lindsay Lohan. She ends her four month sentence of house arrest -- for stealing a necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store -- and her twenty fifth birthday is just around the corner, on July 2.

What better way to celebrate her freedom and turning a quarter of a century, than partying in the Hamptons? NBC's Today is reporting that Lohan's name appears on the guest list for the L.A. Takes Over the Hamptons party at a private residence in the swanky New York beach town.

When the troubled star's spokesperson was reached for comment they would not say whether she would remain in California for her birthday celebration or if she'd be making her way east. They did say however, "We're choosing to let Lindsay celebrate her birthday with family and friends privately."

This birthday could have been a very different scene if last week's court debacle had turned out differently for the starlet. She squeaked out of jail time after her failed alcohol test turned out to not be a violation of her probation. Perhaps her luck is changing? Let's hope she uses some good judgement on whichever coast she blows out her birthday candles.

And they let her do it, when she crashes and burns, which one of the enablers will step up and take the blame, the loser mother, the lawyer who could have worked to get her treatment rather than letting LL run the show , the judge that bent over backwards to let the drug addict/drunk off with go jail time, it seems the probation department and the prosecutor were the only people trying to get so sort of jail time for LL.

Ok guys taking bets here how long it will; take before she is in trouble again-within the month is my bet. The article above states they hope she uses good judgement-when has she EVER done that? Oh but how could I forget she is SPECIALLLL. Rules don't apply to her.Jewelry stores lock your jewelry up she's out-and for those in California-stay off the roads.

The economys a mess, obama`s destroying Ameria, 10% unemployment,high gas prices, cutbacks everywhere, home foreclosures, etc, etc, Yet all we hear about is Jennifer Aniston, Lady Gaga, Snooki, Katie Couric, and Lindsey Lohan. Too bad that Lohan squeaked by one more time. After she kills someone in an accident, or kills someone in a drunken rage, will they put her in jail THEN? She has had every break in the book, & I can about bet that any of us 'ordinary' folks would have done been under the jail by now!

She's going partying?? Isn't that sorta where her problems begin?

I'll tell you where she's headed, into more trouble if her past is any indication. Now that she knows she's never going to get into any real trouble, she's gonna milk it for all she can get. The Judges in California must be getting a hefty sum from these rich celebs for letting them off easy.

She will be in the headlines again before the end of the weekend. She won't be in California with the courts (and the cops) looking over her shoulder so she's going to let loose like there is no tomorrow. I don't think this will turn out good.
