Prince William Kate Middleton
It's been talked about, reported about and speculated about and now the day has finally arrived and so have the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. They boarded their Royal Canadian Air Force plane at London's Heathrow Airport earlier today, ready to embark on their North American adventure and after a flight over the Atlantic and a quick outfit change for the Duchess, they have touched down in Canada.

Prince William and Kate Middleton landed in Ottawa, the first stop on their 12 day tour, and will continue on to Prince Edward Island, Yellowknife and Calgary before they head to the USA, for their much anticipated stop in Los Angeles. They've planned their trip overseas just in time for Canada Day. Tomorrow, the royal couple will join millions of Canadians celebrating the country's 144th birthday.

The pair will continue on to Hollywood on Friday, July 8 and spend 3 days making their way from charity event to charity event. They will begin their stay with a Consular-General Reception on behalf of the United Kingdom Trade and Investment.

The following day, Prince William will play in a charity polo match at the Santa Barbara Polo Club to benefit the American Friends of the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry and later that evening they will put on their fanciest attire -- we can't wait to see Kate's hat -- for a black-tie affair held by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, to spotlight "up and coming British talent."

Sounds like a jam packed excursion for the the newlyweds.
