Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane Divorced

This weekend Hollywood is the land of the free as divorces are finalized (Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds) and filed (Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger).

Yet another rocky marriage is now over, this one between two TV stars: The divorce between Patricia Arquette (star of CBS' 'The Medium') and Thomas Jane (HBO's 'Hung') was finally finalized by a Los Angeles court on Friday.

Arquette -- previously married to Nicolas Cage -- first tried calling it quits on her husband when she filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences" back in 2009, but she withdrew her petition as the couple attempted to reunite. When they separated again last year, they resumed plans to divorce.

The actors wed in Italy in 2006, and have an 8-year-old daughter together named Harlow. Arquette, 43, and Jane, 42, will share joint custody of their child, according to a TMZ report.

Does anyone ever get tired of looking on here each day and constantly seeing a picture of Anniston and being told how stunning she looks? She looks just like an average middle aged woman to me. I do not see stunning at all. Turn off the PR switchs and show us something that's stunning. Maybe get a dictionary and look the word up while you're at it.

Good Idea Mark, but this is what AOL is all about media hype anything that will grab the readers attention...and apparently it grabbed yours in a negative view... this is why I stopped reading People magazine years ago... it used to be useful info now its all about who's who in hollywood

Middle-age women don't look ANYTHING like that here in AZ.

Most are obese (many being morbidly so (medically speaking)). Also, they have WAY more wrinkles than she does (of course I am sure she has had Botox and/or surgery, but still).

And almost none was a size 2 (or 0 or whatever Jen is) even in their "glory days".

Mark, you are right on! I think Anniston has one hell of an agent to keep her in the headlines. I have never thought she was pretty. She has an ugly nose and she is really an aggressive woman. To me, that is not up there with appealing.

Mark- you're right on the money about Aniston. Apparently there is a PR machine at work on her behalf: I guess that the trumpeting of her "amazing" looks are being used as a counterbalance at this point. We're not supposed to remember that she's been put out to the curb more times than an average garbage can. Now about Patricia Arquette: that was a gorgeous woman in her 20's. I think she looks a little pulled-up at this point, but I cannot fault her for trying to stay younger-looking: it is all looks in that business. Am I surprised about another Hollywood divorce? Of course not, and this info is totally un-newsworthy.
