Schwarzenegger to Pay Out 'Very Generous Divorce Settlement'
According to
Radar Online, after Maria Shriver officially
filed for divorce from estranged husband, Arnold Schwarzenegger, the 'Terminator' reportedly agreed to give his soon-to-be ex-wife a "very generous divorce settlement."
In accordance with California law, due to a Community Property statute, all assets obtained during a marriage must be split 50/50. But according to reports, Schwarzenegger is seriously considering giving Shriver more than the state mandated sum.
"Arnold realized he is to blame for the collapse of his marriage," an inside source told Radar. "Maria was a loving wife and mother, and he doesn't think that any amount of money can minimize what he has put her through. He wants to do the right thing, and go above and beyond what is required of him under the law."
Shriver formally filed for divorce on July 1 and had previously hired investigators to ascertain just how much her husband was worth. Settlement discussions between Shriver and Schwarzenegger's lawyers have reportedly been underway for more than two months. The former California Governor, who fathered a child with the couple's longtime housekeeper, Mildred Baena, can total his egregious wealth to roughly $500-$750 million, the source divulged.
"This is going to be a very amicable divorce, and it won't be played out in the media," the source continued. "Neither one of them wants that. Arnold hasn't lost his mind, he is going to be giving away his fortune to her. He wants to show his children he is taking responsibility for his actions."
The press will be the last ones clued into the details of the divorce if the public couple has anything to do with it. Their lawyers will be conversing with a private judge who will rule on the settlement before alerting the presiding judge to the decision.
But one thing the couple has already agreed on are their views on how their two minor children -- Patrick and Christopher -- should be parented. Both Shriver and Schwarzenegger are seeking joint custody.

I am continually amazed at the naivete of women and the inability of women to really "understand" how men can love them but see sex as seperate from love in time after time. This is, in fact, what broke up Lucy and Desi.
Males of every species *(and we are NOT different) are hard wired to spread the seeds (genes) to as many females as possible. Today's birth control is irrelevant to this natural inclination.
Females are drawn to men who are physically attractive BUT who also appear to be good providers to the offspring.
The American rules on marriage have never been practiced in Europe and the pain the women endure is of over rated expectations.

Giving her money will not solve what he has done. To betray someone who loves you, that can not be resolve, the pain will always be there for them both. Giving her money will not bring closure. It's his way of trying to feel better about what he did.

I not know what people are saying about Arnold he is one of the worse person I have ever seen to do this and all I can say he is a real dirt bag. Not only do I never want to see anything about him I will never go to see any of his past movies for he needs to get on his kness and ask god forgiviness.
