I think what the general public doesn't really understand is the fact that the jury, ANY jury, is not deliberating as to whether or not the accused is gulity or not, but whether the prosecutor has proven guilt BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT. The jury (even the entire jury) may all THINK the accused is guilty, but thats not what they are instructed to decide. The prosecution did a poor job.

We understand, but when it is still clear she did it, I'd still vote guilty, just like when someone in the political field either party, you vote for who is the best for the job, not because of who they are, she is guilty, as sin. Our justice system needs an overhaul. This is a travisty of justice, I'm so against the system, time to make new laws.
Justice for ALL? No such thing in this country. When I was old enough to decline Jury Duty,I was happy. Can't believe it.

The prosecution did a poor job of proving guilt. All they proved was that Casey, her Dad and Mom are total liars. They did not prove she/they killed Caylee.
Don't blame the jurors or Casey, blame the poor state case against her. The charge has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

I am ashamed for the jurors who had the lack of intelligence to find her not guilty. Did they think that caylee duct taped her mouth and killed herself? Lets see if Casey will now sponge off the parents who abused her or her brother who sexually abused her. Poor baby had not parents to protect her and no grandparents too seek justice for her. I hope none of them get the chance for profit off this case. No books, no movies , no appearances. They should all be ashamed of their behavior. Who speaks for caylee?

So in your watching the trial through "the media," you got to hear and see many things the jury didn't, I'm sure, which would affect your conclusion in the case.
Remember, the jury doesn't get to hear anything excluded from them by the court.

The jury gets to hear only the evidence the court deems admissible. The public heard "everything thrown at the wall." The jury didn't.
So when you think she's guilty but the jury didn't, it's because you heard every single accusation, and the jury got to hear only admissible "evidence."

Tons of evidence agaisn't this girl from the very beginning! She got away with murder but because the world has been watching this trial she will never be forgotten! She will never be liked and never forgotten! I can still see the images of Susan Smith and will never forget what she did or what she looks like.
Casey has destroyed both her life and that of her family. At the time of the verdict her parents looked like they thought their daughter got away with murder! That family will never be the same they will never be able to rebuild because she took the life of their granddaughter! Who will she kill next, her parents? A KILLER IS LOOSE watch out people!

My questions are, did any of these idiots investigate this crime, were they part of the defense or prosceution teams? Where did they get their college degrees in Forensic Science? Did they examine the evidence? Finally were they in the jury room during deliberations? If they can not answer yes to any of my question, then shut the H*LL up. Constitutional law clearly states innocent until proven guilty or innocent. Simple fact, the State of Florida failed to prove their case and Casey Anthony's lawyers did their job. "Same thing as the O.J. verdict"! Get real you morons!

I believe she is ont guilty because if she really killed her daughter because her daughter ruined her life the little girl would have signs of neglect, the girl might have been violently abused and the grandparents would have noticed the changes in both their daughter's and granddaughter's personality.

For those of you Kim K haters, you know her mother was best friends with OJ's murder victim. She actually sat on her family's side, not OJ's at the trial. Dont hold her responsible for what her father did.
