Lady Gaga Praises Nick Jonas' Cover of 'The Edge of Glory' (Video)

Nick Jonas gave Lady Gaga's 'The Edge of Glory' his best shot, and it looks like Mother Monster really enjoyed it. He performed the hit at a recent live show and has received rave reviews from the singer herself.

After seeing the 18-year-old's cover on YouTube, Gaga took to her Twitter page and posted a link to video footage of the acoustic performance along with her stamp of approval. "Swoon! Nick Jonas singing The Edge of Glory," Gaga tweeted on Sunday (July 3). "On my way to press conference in Taichung, listening to it. So dreamy! X," Gaga gushed.

Jonas tweeted back at the superstar with some mutual ego-fluffing, "@ladygaga the pleasure is all mine. That is a beautiful song. Keep inspiring the world."

We're guessing Gaga's gracious shout-out got Nick some new Twitter followers from Gaga's record following of over 11 million.

He did sing his on songs, and he likes to cover songs from other artists. That just shows how talented he is, and if the artist he covers the song from likes it, then you know he did a good job, and since Lady Gaga liked it, which he sounded great as usual, then nobody has a right to judge. It's Lady Gaga's song and she says he did good, then that's good enough, besides he's an awesome singer, songwriter, producer, and actor.
