Arnold Schwarzenegger Bonds With Secret Son

After the news of Arnold Schwarzenegger's affair sent the media into a feeding frenzy and forced the former governor's lovechild and mistress into hiding, Radar Online reports that Schwarzenegger has been taking secret trips to visit the pair and get to know his son, Joseph.

"Arnold wants to spend time with Joseph and play more of an active role in his life," a source told Radar. "In a way, Arnold is relieved that he no longer has to hide the fact that he is Joseph's father."

But 'The Terminator' hasn't been the only one making the secret trips, the source also revealed that 13-year-old Joseph and his mother, Mildred Baena, have been spending time at Schwarzenegger's Brentwood, California home, where they have been continuing to foster a father-son relationship.

"Arnold apologized to Joseph because he had to miss the last few weeks of school, and Joseph said he had no problem missing school and could forgive him for that," the source said. "It was a really tender moment between father and son."

Although it will take time for the pair to bond as father and son and to create the semblance of a normal relationship, Joseph did get at least one trait from his dad -- his love for cars.

"Joseph loves his dad's car collection. He loves cars, and Arnold has driven his son around his gated Brentwood neighborhood."

But a life behind the gates may be all the modern family can handle, at least until the media spotlight begins to dim -- although Schwarzenegger does hope that his son will be able to return to school in the fall "without the cameras following him."

The press may give Joseph a break once the new school year begins but one duo they won't let up on is Schwarzenegger and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Maria Shriver. The estranged couple have officially filed for divorce and Schwarzenegger is reportedly willing to offer Shriver more than half of his vast fortune, owning up to his indiscretions.

RESPECTABLE POLITICIAN. That's a new word. A respectful politician is someone who is a public servant and respects his boss(the taxpayer). I've never seen one. The only politicians I've seen are LIARS.

Whether or not the child is an "anchor baby" and should or should not be deported, I don't know.

However, to say he's a "lowlife nothing" is the most cruel, hardhearted, nasty, despicable thing you could say to this innocent child, who has no needs except to be loved and accepted.

He desperately needs to know his dad. I am thankful that he is having this opportunity to do so. It will provide deep contentment in his soul for the rest of his life for his dad to not be merely an unknown shadow from his past. (Speaking as an adoptee who found her birthdad at age 25.)

Sounds like he already is back with the sl@##. You don't really think they are at his home simply out of respect for his bastard son do you? It seems that he could at least have the respect for his legitimate children and Maria, who stood by him even though she knew about his womanizing until this story broke, thanks to the fat woman but it looks like his pagan upbringing is still in charge of his decision making. If he makes another movie I hope it is a box office flop!!!! The article says he will give Maria half his fortune. I guess he will, he has no choice, but he's making it sound as if it is he fair generosity who's giving it to her. He should have to split it 5 ways.Between him and his 3 legitimate children and Maria. He and his housekeeper lover and bastard child would share his fifth. It will soon be her time to cry because his fat ego will never allow him to be a one woman man.
