Maria Shriver Buys $10 Million Mansion Near Schwarzenegger's Home
Maria Shriver may have wanted out of her marriage with soon-to-be ex-husband, Arnold Schwarzenegger, but she isn't moving far from the couple's formerly shared home. According to
TMZ, Shriver is buying a $10 million home in LA's Brentwood.
Shriver's new home will be in the same exclusive community where the former governor's mistress and lovechild have
recently been spending time with her estranged husband. The close proximity of Shriver and Schwarzenegger will ensure an easy transition between homes for the couple's two minor children, Christopher and Patrick.
Shriver has reportedly been looking at real estate for the past six months and her current deal on the multi-million dollar pad is reportedly in escrow and should close soon. The $10 million investment is chump change compared to the sum Shriver should be receiving in her divorce settlement from Schwarzenegger.
'The Terminator' is reportedly worth $500-$750 million and has made it clear that he intends to be "very generous" when dividing the couple's wealth. With a new home and a cushy bank account we're sure that Shriver can begin building her new life.

I could fit my place into one of their bathrooms. Imagine how many homeless people could fit in those extra rooms.
In that part of L.A. she would be lucky to get 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a pool. The average square footage for that neighborhood and price is about 7,000sf. Where I now live in Texas (Sugar Land...near Houston), I could get 15,000sf to 20,000sf with an olympic pool, 3-5 acres, with servent quarters, a tennis court and a golf course view...and very low property taxes.
I truly hope she finds happiness again. Wishing her well.

Putting his children through this scandal shows he IS NOT a good father!! Any man that will step out with other women than their wife/mother of their children is NOT a good father!! He cares only for himself and his pleasure. The hurt of his family obviously does not matter or he wouldn't have done it!

No. Maria doesn't need a facial makeover anymore than Arnold. Given so much money minus her problems, she could still be a good catch.
It's her money. She can spend it any way she wants. Sometimes we tend to spend too much time telling others what to do. We need to concentrate on our own affairs.
