Maria Shriver Buys $10 Million Mansion Near Schwarzenegger's Home
Maria Shriver may have wanted out of her marriage with soon-to-be ex-husband, Arnold Schwarzenegger, but she isn't moving far from the couple's formerly shared home. According to
TMZ, Shriver is buying a $10 million home in LA's Brentwood.
Shriver's new home will be in the same exclusive community where the former governor's mistress and lovechild have
recently been spending time with her estranged husband. The close proximity of Shriver and Schwarzenegger will ensure an easy transition between homes for the couple's two minor children, Christopher and Patrick.
Shriver has reportedly been looking at real estate for the past six months and her current deal on the multi-million dollar pad is reportedly in escrow and should close soon. The $10 million investment is chump change compared to the sum Shriver should be receiving in her divorce settlement from Schwarzenegger.
'The Terminator' is reportedly worth $500-$750 million and has made it clear that he intends to be "very generous" when dividing the couple's wealth. With a new home and a cushy bank account we're sure that Shriver can begin building her new life.

Just a few weeks ago, Maria was worried about her finances.
I wouldn't shed too many tears for a wife who leaves her husband, files for divorce, has no job, and yet can purchase a 10 million dollar home in Brentwood.
Yeah, Maria...you just keep issuing PR statements.

Who cares about these people anyway. Arnold never should have been voted to Governor. Wish he go back where he came from and date all the girls there and Maria live quietly as she looked old and mean and I don't think she will ever marry again as no guy will ever tell her what to do.

Well, I wish her good luck. With all the wealth she'll personally have I'd like to see her get her eyes straightened out. It's like 'creepy'...one eye's looking one way...the other another way. You never know if she's paying attention when you're talking to her.

This woman has been getting uglier and uglier and would be an excellent choice to play the mean ugly witch in a remake of the Wizard of Oz. Poor Arnold evidently likes ugly women...so what! She will never remarry again, I think, and will someday be found "crazy" when the only thing that makes her happy is when she's found in a special room playing and throwing all sorts of monies around. Quick, somebody get a bucket of water ready!
