Taylor Momsen Gives Female Fan Lap Dance at Concert (Photos)

Sure Taylor Momsen wants to distance herself from her former life as the Upper East Side's 'Gossip Girl' queen bee in training, but is she going overboard when it comes to letting her bad girl side run wild? The 17-year-old actress turned singer got more than a little close with several of her fans at a performance with her band, The Pretty Reckless, in Barcelona on Wednesday, the UK's Daily Mail reports.

This singer's shows are known for getting fans in the mood to take it all off but from the looks of it, Barcelona was more than eager to strip and grind with the boundary pushing starlet. A swarm of topless girls danced on stage with Momsen as she belted out her wise-beyond-her-years tunes and even straddled one fan for a lap dance.

Although fellow pop stars like Rihanna and Katy Perry are often slammed for their overtly sexual lyrics or skimpy on-stage getups, Momsen, who is still a minor, takes the cake for her provocative performances -- most likely attended by a majority of fellow minors.

This is Barcelona as in SPAIN right?? If everyone hasn't noticed, Europe runs things a little differently than we do here in the good ol' USA. KIDS drink alcohol there and don't grow up to binge drink as soon as they hit 18 (college), or if you're LUCKY 21 they way they do in the US. It's not the forbidden fruit in europe the way it is here, and everyone knows that europeans are a lot more open with sexuality than the US also. The age of consent there is 13, which is obviously, very young, but I think they emphasize more on raising kids right within the family, rather than by state regulation. So you can say she's a "minor" and she's with other "minors" all you want, but in Spain, she is long above the age of consent. (Although the age of majority is still 18 same as here, but that has nothing to do with this). When you go to other countries, or see things occurring in other countries, US laws do not apply so it does not make sense to try to apply them (especially just for shock value "omg she's a minor!")
