The Situation Facing $1 Million Lawsuit

Yet another 'Jersey Shore' cast member is facing a lawsuit with a very hefty price tag. Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino's former mangers are suing the reality star for $1 million.

What caused their business relationship to sour? According to TMZ, Gotham NYC Entertainment is claiming Sorrentino breached their contract when he fired them in May for "lack of performance."

The management company says the 'Jersey Shore' star failed to give them the required 30-day notice to fix any problems before he terminated their services.

Gotham says they have served as Sorrentino's managers since 'The Jersey Shore' premiered on MTV in 2009 and have helped him take "his career from relative obscurity to become an international celebrity."

The Situation isn't the only MTV star facing a lawsuit. His 'Jersey Shore' castmate Paul 'Pauly D' DelVecchio was slapped with a $4 million lawsuit by a Connecticut DJ earlier this month.

Though the $1 million suit is looming over his head, Sorrentino most likely has the cash to shell out should he lose. The reality star reported made bank filming the fourth season of the MTV show in Italy, bringing in $100,000 per episode.

But Sorrentino might not be fist pumping at the beach for much longer. According to new reports, The Situation has decided to leave the infamous shore house early -- bailing on the fifth season of the reality shore just like fellow cast member Vinny Guadagnino did last week.

show Sunday Dinner. Or a Huge Heffner after hours couch lounging,

The Situation's 15 plus minutes are up. Just proves though that dumb, ignorant, and inarticulate can still get you a job in job hungry America. Hopefully, he and the rest of those skanks will be gone by next year. THE most offensive depiction of Italian youth ever displayed on TV. Disgusting skanks and total cafones.

I have NEVER watched an episode BUT when they are getting bad publicity I tend to peek loving their MISfortune, having said that... what is really sad is that these NO talent pieces of garbage attract people like watching a car crash... people with actual talent have no chance, and when this show is over the stories they will be in are when they get arrested for fighting like cavemen, DWI or creating bastard children to ruin our futures.... UGH they need to go away already...

The girl doing the interview sort of sounds a bit retarded on the mic while he's talking. I was like, what..is that sound? It was her making some sort of grunting/laugh sounds. She needs to remember she can be heard too.
