William and Kate Dazzle in L.A. (Photos)

After months of waiting, Prince William and Kate Middleton finally arrived stateside on Friday and certainly brought their photogenic charm with them.

The Royal Couple spent their first night in Los Angeles attending Variety's Venture Capital and New Media Summit at The Beverly Hilton hotel, according to E! Online.

Middleton, always one to dazzle in the latest fashions, fittingly chose to wear a 'Maja' green dress by American designer Diane Von Furstenberg for the occasion.

At the technology and media-focued event, William and Kate mingled with guests, including British Ambassador Sir Nigel Sheinwald, California Governor Jerry Brown and pal David Beckham (who's expecting a new baby any day now).

Up next for the couple on the their whirlwind California trip? William will play in a charity polo match at the Santa Barbara Polo Club to benefit the American Friends of the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry before the couple heads to a black-tie affair held by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Saturday night.

I was just thinking Kate might be developing an eating disorder.

She obviously loves the camera and the camera loves her and maybe she wants that to continue.......And why not?

Man what a waste of the medias time to print and show photos of this frolicing lazy couple around the world What do they do for a honest living? Just be prince & princes or whatever they are.
What important things have they done in their lifetime except go around smiling, shaking hands, and getting thier picture taken.
Prince William should tell his woman to gain a few pounds instead
of looking like a person who is dying or doesn't eat. She needs to eat few greasy burgers, fries and milk shakes, pizza and some other fatty foods that are abundant in Califas.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, is beautiful but anorexic, a bit to thin, just like her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, who was bulemic. Does the Royal House of Windsor enjoy food? Just wondering. Obviously, William, Duke of Cambridge, chose not to wear a wedding ring; it is an option for any male who wants to wear a wedding ring; there are no rules about wedding rings,just like in the USA. Men wearing wedding rings started as a loving symbolic, remembrance gesture during World War II for a soldier leaving for war with his bride left at home.It is a very personal preference.

this is exactly the type of crap that got the prince's mother killed. they are a beautiful couple and he is a marvelously giving and gifted young man. he asked to be left alone. enough nastiness
