Somebody needs to tell her that all coke snorters are skinny..... I think every company she was involved with should have fired her when they caught her with cocaine.... she is no kind of role model for young women

i think its annoying when ppl tell me, oh your so skinny! you need to eat! its not really my fault. ppl shouldnt make fun of anyone about their weight, big or small. im 95pounds and 5'4. one time someone came up to me and put some rocks in my pocket. they said if i dont the wind will blow me away.

If I could gain weight I would. I eat all day & I'll eat anything under the sun but I barely weigh 100 lbs & I'm 5'6. I cant help it. I take weight gain supplements & eat a peanut butter milkshake everynight before bed but it does nothing. Yet people have the audacity to tell me I should eat, while I'm stuffing my face with a BigMac. People are ignorant & should leave naturally thin people alone.

Just one thought: I used to fly 4 times a week for work (for 5 years until recently, so it's not too far in the past), and the food in First Class was pretty good. So her comment about food on planes is strange: what, she travels coach?!? I doubt it... Either she wasn't thinking while she's trying to make us relate to her with a comment she thinks we'll understand (lame lie) or she's a picky eater, and THAT would explain her weight issues. Like I said, I'm one of those eternally skinny people, but it seems SHE IS NOT: by her own admittance, she wasn't eating much. That means, AS SOON AS SHE STARTS TO EAT, SHE WILL GAIN WEIGHT.

I don't criticize anyone for their weight ever, yet I have been INSULTED by heavier women A LOT. One clerk at an Express store had the audacity to tell me "maybe you should eat something, then we'd have your size!" HOW MEAN AND IGNORANT! It's time for people to realize that everybody is different and stop making a big deal out of it. I'm 5'6, 106 lbs and like all the women in my family, I eat all day, about 5,000 calories including steaks, burgers, pizza, veggies and fruits too, cheeses, etc... And I drink soda. I LOVE food and take advantage of my genes. But they are just that: genes. And there's nothing I can do about it. I don't look bony (I'm 34C-22-34) and contrarily to popular belief, my a*s is FAR from flat: African-American men make comments about how round it is. Oh, and it's not age either: I'm now 41! Maybe it's the fact that I'm French? I heard that before... Whatever it is, I stopped trying to worry about heavier women who want me to be heavier a long time ago!...

So..it's not always laziness that leads to obesity either...Ihave not even mentioned thyroid issues, because that probably is a small percentage...but it's still there...or how about this: Walk through poor neighborhoods--like El Cajon, Ca...then walk through wealthier areas like La Jolla, Ca...or Malibu...you will see more fat people...especially women, in the poorer neighborhoods...that is because fattening foods are cheaper and easier to access in these areas and women's bodies are especially affected by hormons and excess sugar...without the iron and male hormones to help aid in leanness...how hard would it be to try and attain beauty, fitness AND a kind and compassionate heart---if the thin women are so secure--why belittle others. My gorgeous cousin who is like an 11 on the scale of beauty and looks like Natalie Portman with bigger boobs and a tiny bit like Jessica Alba too--never said anything about looks in any arguments growing up--she didn't have to--no insecurities there.

I am not angry at people who are skinny or people who are fat...but a very sensitive person (in a more postive and strong way..have experienced so much that it's hard to make me cry, but I've been told before that I care too much..and that may still be true of me)...and I get angry at people who are mean for no good reason, or mean to people who have suffered enough. Homosexual people are not the last group it's okay to belittle and abuse...that would be fat people. Do you know how many fat people have been molested and/or abused? Do you realize how common that is? Or how many used to have eating disorders, but wrecked thee metabolisms? It often is good genes that results in thinness and not hard work...the bigger people I know work all day...some go to work at 5am, then to school while caring for children...they skip meals more than my thinner friends/family (I have seen this first hand) but every now and then eat a large meal late at night after going all day without eating.

I have to respectfully disagree with some of the people here...I think being healthy looks better than being one specific size...as I've said, I do think Kate Moss is pretty,...but I disagree that her figure is an inspiration... to me, another Brit named Kate (last name Winslet), who tends to be more voluptuous, looks a bit better weight wise (though personally tend to think that both are equally pretty featureswise)....as a teenager, I almost died from an eating disorder: I once went 28 days and had only 3 meals during that period, which were spread out and I threw up and/or used laxatives after ea. one of those meals...starving used to take the weight off, but over time, slowed down my metabolism...now, if I skip meals when I'm hungry...I will put on weight regardless of how little I eat the next time. I go to the gym almost every day now, and the weightloss feels good...but when I first got fat, it was not from overeating...that is another story.
