After one of Miley Cyrus' tour buses crashed, leaving the driver dead, the Cyrus family wrote a message on the Disney starlet's Web site, expressing their condolences.

"We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bill "Uncle Bill" Douglas. Members of our tour are like members of our family," the message read.

Investigators want to be thorough before deciding whether or not to arrest Dr. Conrad Murray in the death of Michael Jackson, PEOPLE reports.

"A decision (on whether to prosecute) will be made in 2010. It is not going to be made this year," LAPD Commander Patrick Gannon says.

After suffering from pneumonia and being hospitalized, Nicole Richie is back home, Usmagazine.com reports.

"Don't worry," Joel Madden -- her boyfriend and father of her two children -- wrote on his band's website. "All is well and we are home with no problems.

A Los Angeles Court approved the model's name change to Heidi Samuel, PEOPLE reports.

The reason for the change? Marriage, of course. It is unknown if she will use Samuel professionally, however.

With her eyes welling with tears, Oprah Winfrey looked directly at her viewers on Friday to explain why she will be ending her show in 2011 after a quarter-century on the air. It was prayer and careful thought that helped her decide, she said. "I love this show. This show has been my life. And I know when it's time to say goodbye."

"Twenty-five years feels right in my bones and feels right in my spirit."

Winfrey offered no specifics about her plans for the future, except to say that she intended to produce the best possible shows during her last 18 months on the air.
