Should we expect a reality show from Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the woman identified as
a prostitute alleged procured by Eliot Spitzer? Remember when Myspace diva
Tila Tequila went from online sensation to musician to starring in her very own reality television show to find "true love." Ms. "Dupre" -- born Ashley Youmans -- is already an aspiring singer with her own Myspace page and is now infamously in the public eye after being referred to as one of the ladies the disgraced ex-governor if New York purportedly had an encounter with.
The next "logical" step, at least in our opinion, for the 22-year-old singer -- "
described in a federal affidavit as having had a rendezvous with Mr. Spitzer on Feb. 13 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington" -- who left New Jersey for New York City at age 17 to pursue her career as a R&B/soul singer at clubs and bars? She lists her influences on Myspace as
Patsy Cline,
Frank Sinatra,
Christina Aguilera and
Lauryn Hil.
With singing being her first love, she might consider a reality show more focused on music and entertainment, but maybe Spitzer's "lady friend" is just like Tila ... lookin' for love through the power of the airwaves.

Most legal experts would advise the accused to stay away from the scene of the crime, but in
Kid Rock's case it's a much better idea to hold a fund-raiser right near the Waffle House where he was
arrested. Fans attended a
charity event held just minutes away from the Duluth, Ga., breakfast joint to raise money for the Nicholas House Foundation -- a housing shelter for homeless families in the Metro Atlanta area.
Kid Rock pleaded not guilty to battery after allegedly attacking another patron while dining at the restaurant chain. At the event, the hip-hopper turned Southern rocker auctioned off backstage passes, among other items, which he hopes will raise between $15,000 and $20,000 for the charity. Said Kid Rock, "The first situation was silly. Atlanta has always been a great market for us, and we have made a lot of money here.' adding that he likes "to take opportunities that might not be so positive and turn it around." So raise your glass -- here's to naughty boys doing good deeds.

Tattooed
+44 drummer Travis Barker is suing Rockstar energy drink for wrongfully using his picture to promote their product. According to the Superior Court lawsuit, Rockstar's website posted a photo of Barker "holding a can of one of Rockstar's beverages, and identifying him and his endorsement by name" without his authorization.
The lawsuit, which is seeking unspecified punitive and statutory damages, also cites invasion of privacy, unfair competition and misappropriating his likeness to promote the product. Rockstar has yet to make a formal comment.

Kid Rock spent most of the day Sunday in an Atlanta jail, after being arrested for a brawl at a local Waffle House. The rocker and his entourage stopped at the restaurant around 5:00am after performing a concert in the city. Witnesses say a male customer recognized a female in Kid's group and exchanged words with her, upsetting the musician. A physical fight began inside the restaurant and then moved outside, where the male customer punched out a restaurant window.
Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, left in his tour bus but was pulled over by police about a mile away. He and five friends were all booked on misdemeaner battery charges and spent 12 hours in jail before being released on bond. The other customer in the altercation also faces charges of criminal damage to property.
This arrest comes just days after Kid celebrated his first-ever No. 1 album on the charts, 'Rock N Roll Jesus.'

Boy-band guru Lou Pearlman may have been interested in more than his clients' musical talents. The infamous teen pop Svengali, who most notably launched the careers of
Backstreet Boys and
*NSYNC, has been accused of making sexual advances on many of his young protégés.
"I would absolutely say the guy was a sexual predator. All the talent knew what Lou's game was," Steve Mooney, an aspiring singer who used to work for Pearlman, says in an upcoming issue of Vanity Fair. "Some guys joked about it. I remember [one singer] asking me, 'Have you let Lou [fellate] you yet?'"
Mooney says Pearlman, who is currently in a Florida jail awaiting trial for bank fraud, once told him what he would have to do in order to make it in the music business. "He leaned back in his chair, in his white, terry cloth robe and white underwear, and spread his legs. And then he said, and these were his exact words, 'You're a smart boy. Figure it out.'"

Beyonce's Kuala Lumpur concert, scheduled for November 1, has been canceled amid protests by local Muslim groups over the Grammy-winning singer's revealing wardrobe. Although Kuala Lumpur-based concert promoter Pineapple Concerts didn't give a reason for the cancellation, insiders say it's because of the singer's arguably racy stage outfits and her refusal to cover up.
The dress code imposed by the country's Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage states female performers must show no skin from the tops of their chests to their knees.
Gwen Stefani recently visited the country, but chose to abide by the rules and subsequently covered up with jackets and leotards, after a Muslim group called her out for
promoting "moral decay." At a pre-concert press conference, Stefani said she made a "major sacrifice" in agreeing to the guidelines because she wanted Malaysian fans to see her live show.
Apparently, Beyonce didn't feel the same way. Or perhaps the promoters came across this clip:

If things don't work out for
R. Kelly , his next video series might have to be titled 'Trapped in the Jail Cell.' In September, the R&B bad boy will finally stand trial for the child pornography charges that were brought against him five years ago. other drama. Chapters 13-22 of the 'Trapped in the Closet' series are set to air on the IFC channel on August 13, and hit video stores a week later. Finally, we'll learn if Rufus and the "gay guy" will live happily ever after.

UPDATE: Lindsay Lohan says she's innocent!Lindsay Lohan was arrested in Santa Monica this morning at around 2:15 am for driving under the influence of alcohol, cocaine possession, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license. The 21-year-old was pulled over by police after the officers responded to a 911 call from a woman -- reported to be the mother of Lohan's personal assistant -- who said the actress was chasing her in a White Denali.
According to police, Lohan's assistant had quit just hours before the incident. After failing a field sobriety test, Lohan was taken to the police station. It was there that police conducted a search of her person and found cocaine in her one of her pockets. Lohan's blood alcohol limit was also found to be between .12 and .13, far surpassing the legal limit of .08. In addition, the actress/singer was also booked for driving on a suspended license, a charge that stems from her previous DUI arrest over Memorial Day weekend of this year.

It's time to face the music for
Busta Rhymes, who has perhaps the most a propos stage name in the game.
Busted
four times in less than a year for two driving-related offenses and two assault charges, the rapper has once again turned down the option to consolidate his charges and serve one year in prison. "It's the same offer" that the prosecutor made at his last court appearance, his lawyer said in a statement, "and it's one which Busta adamantly rejects." As a result, he will face four separate trials, which have been adjourned until Sept. 5.

Many of you have been wondering where Lindsay Lohan's parents stand on her recent ordeal. Well, Michael Lohan, who is no stranger to breaking the law himself, wants Lindsay to turn to God.
"When Lindsay puts God back in her life, things will turn around," he told Newsday. "Until then, I'll just keep praying."
Right. And according to the New York Post, Papa Lohan is also partnering up with Stephen Baldwin to open up a $15 million rehab center in Southampton, NY. Way to make lemonade out of lemons, Pops!
So that leaves us with mom-ager Dina Lohan. Dina has been relatively quiet since the crash, but when EOnline got her on the phone, all she had to say was, "We're still figuring it all out. We're all just figuring it out."

Dina usually doesn't have trouble finding her words, but it looks like this situation has left her relatively speechless. Care to sound off on Lindsay's parental guidance?
