Miley Cyrus Rep Confirms Body Double
A representative for Miley Cyrus has confirmed that the 'Hannah Montana' star does indeed use a body double on stage. "To help speed the transition from Hannah to Miley, there is a production element during the performance of 'We Got the Party' incorporating a body double for Miley," Cyrus' rep said in a statement. The rep explains that during a song with the Jonas Brothers, "a body double appears approximately one to two minutes prior to the end of the song in order to allow Miley to remove the Hannah wig and costume and transform into Miley for her solo set."
"Miley performs live during the entirety of both the Hannah and Miley segments of the concert," the rep maintains.
Earlier this week, many fans were outraged by the prospect of an alternate "Miley." One angry concert-goer said: "Needless to say I was furious! I paid good money to see the concert. I was disappointed, and I felt like I was played for a fool."
Yellowcard Playing for the Troops
Yellowcard, together with the USO -- an organization who has been organizing entertainment for stationed United States troops since World War II -- will head to the Persian Gulf to perform hits from their albums. While on tour, the band will also mingle with and sign autographs for the soldiers. "We're really excited about going to the Middle East performing for the troops," frontman Ryan Key said. "It's a privilege to have the opportunity to visit and entertain those that serve our nation. This tour isn't just a treat for them but also for us."
Other entertainers who have worked with the USO's efforts include Robin Williams, Lance Armstrong and Kellie Pickler.
Miley Cyrus Fools Fans With Body Double?
Performing both as yourself and your ultra-popular alter-ego makes for a whole lot of wardrobe changes. And for Miley Cyrus, maybe even a body double. One disgruntled fan alleges to OK! magazine that TV's "Hannah Montana" employs a lookalike during one song while she's backstage changing costumes on her wickedly quick-selling concert tour. "[A] new 'Hannah' came out of a different door," the fan told the mag. "I paid good money to see the concert. I was disappointed and I felt like I was played for a fool." Read the full story.
Celine Dion Ends Her Las Vegas Run

It's a pleasure to perform for you, but I'm extremely passionate to be a mother." Regarding her decision to end the show, the singer has made it known that she considers motherhood to be one of her most important successes.
During her final bow, Dion's 7-year-old son, Rene Charles, gave his mother a rose, while husband Rene Angelil embraced the both of them. Afterwards, the Canadian diva celebrated with a well-deserved after-show party at Pure, one of the hottest clubs in Vegas.
