Follicular schizophrenia is nothing new in the music world -- everyone from Miley Cyrus to Clay Aiken have changed their hue at some point. To that end, the "reach for the bleach" trend isn't showing any signs of stopping. The latest to turn goldilocks is lippy Limey Lily Allen, who's receiving mixed reviews for her attempt at "bombshell."

Panic at the Disco recently filmed the video for 'That Green Gentleman' in L.A., and send us an exclusive photo from the shoot, which finds the band turned Russian dolls that shrink in size. The video also featured a number of extras, who won the chance to hang with Panic and Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz after they submitted their best lip-synching videos, filmed on their Nokia N95 phones, to 'I Write Sins, Not Tragedies.'

"We all saw the ones that won and then a few other ones that were right up there with it," Panic's Spencer Smith tells PopEater. "That was pretty funny. It's always a good laugh to see the lip-synch videos."

Smith says the band was into the idea the moment Nokia presented it. "We hadn't really been interested in any kind of thing with a company before this," he says. "But it was a different way to actually involve the fans."

As an added bonus, having the fans there also gave the quartet some new perspective on their relationship with those who listen to their music. "It puts you back in your place," Smith says. "You see how excited these people are to be a part of something you're doing. It makes us realize that we've got a very amazing life."

When we say Daughtry rocked the Red Rock in Vegas Thursday night, we mean he devil-horns-in-the-air, scream-'til-you-lose-your-voice rocked it. Moreover, we've got exclusive photos to prove it!

Armed with a megaphone, the former 'Idol' contestant and his mates took to the stage with a well-deserved swagger as the rockers poised themselves to play to the more than 4,200 fans in attendance -- the biggest crowd that the venue has ever seen. The set included a selection of songs from his platinum-selling, self-titled debut album, most of which the enthusiastic crowd knew by heart. And at one point during the show, much to the chagrin of Red Rocks security, Chris encouraged fans to jump in the resort venue's pool.

Kelly Osbourne is making the leap from the small screen to the big stage. The former reality television star is set to make her stage debut in 'Chicago' on London's West End. At 22, Osbourne will be the youngest actress ever to play Mama Morton, the prison matron. That's the role for which Queen Latifah earned an Oscar nomination in the movie adaptation of the musical.

Publicity photos promoting Osbourne's seven-week run in 'Chicago' are causing a lot of buzz. They show an incredibly slimmed-down Osbourne, causing speculation of either extreme dieting or photo doctoring. Still, her spokesperson insists only Osbourne's hair and chin were airbrushed in the photos.

Osbourne's first curtain call will be Sept. 10. She's one of several music stars to grace 'Chicago's' playbill. Ashlee Simpson scored the lead role of Roxie Hart in the London production earlier this year, while Usher and Backstreet Boy Kevin Richardson have starred as Billy Flynn in the New York City production.

When actors and musicians mix, it's party time. On Wednesday night, Nylon magazine and MySpace teamed up for Nylon's International Music Issue party at New York's Irving Plaza. The evening boasted performances by several artists including Steve Aoki, the MisShapes and Razorlight, whose lead singer, as you all know, is Kirsten Dunst's boyfriend. Sienna Miller was not in attendance, but her bf's band, Bloody Social, was on the bill.

Among many celebs to attend the event were America Ferrera, Alexis Bledel, Amber Tamblyn and Blake Lively of the 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.' Here they are enjoying the show in the upstairs VIP section.
