After just a handful of shows, R. Kelly's current outing is already surrounded by drama. According to Ne-Yo's manager, Tango, the R&B sensation was informed that his services were no longer needed and was asked to leave the tour.

"I don't understand their actions because I was rehearsing, doing media, promoting the tour, and performing," Ne-Yo told SOHH.com. "In my opinion, I was doing everything possible to make the tour a success. I love being on stage in front of fans because of the immediate feedback you get. You know right away if they are feeling you; and they were really feeling our show." He added, "To my fans and ticket holders -- I apologize if you are disappointed."

R. Kelly's camp claims there was never a deal in place that guaranteed Ne-Yo a permanent spot in the lineup. In the meantime, Kelly, Keyshia Cole and J. Holiday will continue to support their recent releases 'Double Up,' 'Just Like You' and 'Bac of My Lac,' respectively.

It seems like only yesterday (five months ago, actually) that R&B heartthrob Nick Cannon proposed to his girlfriend, Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks, with the help of a jumbotron in Times Square. But now it appears that the couple's flame has burned out.

Yesterday, Ebanks' rep confirmed to PEOPLE that the pair are calling off the engagement and "taking a break to focus on their careers." No other reason for the split was revealed, but back in June, Ebanks hinted to PEOPLE that some fundamental differences between the two arose when it came to planning out the big day. "He's all about the bling and having a big wedding. Me? I'm all about the courthouse," she said.

Cannon's reps refused to comment, but Ebanks' camp say the pair "remain the best of friends." Yeah, we've heard that one before. Read the full story.

Ding dong, the marriage is dead. The divorce between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will be finalized today. According to TMZ, Laura Wasser and Vincent Kaplan, lawyers for Spears and Federline, respectively, went to court this afternoon to have a federal judge sign off on the official papers that would terminate the tumultuous three-year marriage.

Federline's prenup gives the rapper/dancer $15,000 per month in child support, as well as $20,000 in spousal support. TMZ reports that Spears and Federline will have joint custody of their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, but it is speculated that the celebs will go back to court to contest the arrangement.

According to People.com, a source close to Jessica says, "They broke up Sunday night, but who knows what the future will hold. This is the twelfth time they've broken up.
