Touring and traveling isn't anything new for Britney Spears, but she still might be getting used to being back on stage and in the spotlight!

Spears shocked fans with an on-stage blunder Wednesday night at her Manchester concert when she shouted, "What's up London!" in the middle of a performance.

"It was really odd," one fan said to UK paper The Sun. "I'm not sure if she noticed as she then continued with the performance."

A camouflage-wearing, camera-toting woman was arrested on Thursday after police say they saw her leering into the windows of Britney Spears' home, TMZ is reporting. Miranda Tozier-Robbins was seen acting suspiciously around the singer's home and was asked by security to leave. Tozier-Robbins reportedly auditioned for 'American Idol' during the show's fifth season, singing Spears' ballad 'Everytime' for the judges.
