Gee, maybe it has more to do with the fact that the economy is in the toilet and not many people are willing to shell out 26k/month for a 3 bed room loft, than it does that people might be scared that Heath's ghost? is haunting the place. I would think that the fact that it was Heath Ledgers apartment would draw more people to it rather than scare them away.This article was very vague in its details.

People are so stupid. Not only about half of the ones writing comments on this site but the people afraid to rent the space. What do they think? Somehow it's contageous and they will also die or commit suicide? I would have thought the opposite would have happened. People do almost anything to say they live or go where celebrities are. People, this is an apartment with floors, walls, doors, etc. It's not haunted or cursed or anything stupid like that. I live in a 200 year old house and numerous people have died in this house and I don't have a problem with it. People need to grow up in this world.
