A polar bear and two cubs are seen on the Beaufort Sea coast within the 1002 Area of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in this undated file handout photograph provided by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Alaska Governor and Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin has opposed the listing of the polar bear as threatened under the Endangered Species Act because that status could hamper expanded drilling in remote regions. I think Damon is just another one of those all too familiar "nuts about myself" actors, who thinks he knows everything there is to know because he has had some success and made some money. Not a great actor either.

I heard from someone I really trust that Matt Damon is gay. Nothing wrong with that, however I wish stars would be more honest. If they are going to be out there using their celebrity to push their values I think they need to be more honest about who they are. Matt you should be proud of who you are.

I agree with Matt Damon, this folksy dip shit (Palin) IS scary as a V.P Especially considering McCains age the last thing we need as a country is a"maveric" with the same personality and clueless mentality as "W". GO OBAMA!

Matt's an idiot. He says that Palin doesn't have any experience, but what about Obama? And by the way, she's running for Vice President, not President. Would you rather have a VP who may not have as much experience or a President? Also, what does having creationist views have to do with being in possession of nuclear codes? He doesn't even make sense. What else do you expect from a hollywood actor. They're all trying to put their two sense in when we don't care to hear it and they're almost always bleeding heart liberals anyways so you know what they're going to say. Tell me, when do they even have time to read the news or know anything about what's going on in the world when they're too busy getting facials and trying to hide from the Paparazzi?

Matt Damon and Oprah Winfrey should keep their over-paid mouths shut. Why do these idiots think that normal people want to hear anything they have to say. I stopped watching big fat Oprah a long long time ago. She is just full of hot air. Now I am never going to see any Movie that Matt Damon is in. He's not a very good actor anyway, and he sure is not handsome. In fact, I consider him on the homely side.

Hey Matt, I forgot something. This is still the United States of America and questioning a person's beliefs, like your question about the earth, again just proves my point. She is entitlled to her beliefs just as you are but this is not politics, it is just nastiness from another lunatic lefty.

Matt Damon has once again proven that a person may be a good actor but it certainly does not prove they have an IQ any higher then my cat when it comes to politics. Instead of cirtizing Palin, who would not be the president in January, he should be asking whether Obama has the strenght of character to deal with the new "Czar" of Russia. If he finds faullt with Palin, what about Obama's background of only being a Senator for four years and three of those years he has spent most of his time running for president. I think Obama will win and in a year from now, when things go to hell and Russia is once again a real threat to America, let's make sure we all rememeber Damon's comments and send him e-mails and thank him for his wise words. You know a person can be a liberal or conservative but Damon is just plain stupid. Does he even think before he opens his mouth?
