The nude kisses seen 'round the gossip world in July weren't as homewrecking as they seem, according to Miller's friends. According to them, her married pal Balthazar Getty had been separated from his wife and sleeping on couches for months prior to their topless antics.

Getty and his wife Rosetta (with whom he has four children) separated after the photos appeared. "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further," said Getty in a statement.

I'm torn. I loved Factory Girl, but that is the only movie I felt that she done justice and probably cause the acting wasn't a stretch. People hate cheaters and Americans hate nudity (and some other countries/religions) They may be telling the truth, and Getty and his wife may have been separated for a while, but it was too much-too fast-too soon. Also, she already done with Jude Law, and pretty much everyone turned their heads- but you can't fool me twice.. you know how the rule goes. Just think back, I think Brad Pitt was honestly done with Aniston before he met Jolie, but you didn't see them running around on the beach naked... they were clothed... lol... horrible... they need to pull her from the Robin Hood movie.. period.. and Russell Crowe.. (are these producers wanting this one to flop?)
