Mackenzie Phillips has entered an undisclosed rehab facility to take on the addictions that led her to allegedly carry "what appeared to be heroin and cocaine in baggies and balloons" at the airport in late August. The 'One Day at a Time' actress has since been charged with felony drug possession.
