i have a hard time believing this.. Tobey doesn't seem like the kind of person that would start fights or even give them the time of day. he has his headon straight. He's a successful mature actor.

friends that defend friends are truly good people , as for the paps they are the lowest form of scum out there . i hope the next time they snap a pic of a person hanging out with his family i hope that persons friend kick their asses . their should be a world ban on paps .

Are they trying to keep themselves out of a lawsuit with this article? Seems like they are sidestepping a bit, was he involved or not? Either way the paps need to back off, what is so interesting in taking photo's of him picking pumpkins? I saw an interview with one star who actually bought the came color Tshirts and jeans and wore them out for about 6 months, think I'd do the same thing.

Tobey McGuire is one of the nicest normal guys in Hollywood devoted to his family an very low-key about his career. Besides, he's a Cancer, a typical one at that/ Cancer female fan here/ his temperament is not one of a brawling fist-fighter.
