Boobylicious: Her delicious derriere might be her best physical ass-et, but Ms. Lopez's revealing Versace gown in 2000 brought all eyes front and center. Double-sided tape is a girl's best friend.Photo by Scott Gries, Getty Images
Whoa, Kelly! A svelte Kelly Clarkson proved she's a bona fide star in this classy black dress which she wore to last year's Grammys. Perfectly accessorized with just a touch of bling and intentionally-mussed hair, she looked just plain glamorous.Photo byKevin Mazur Archive 1, WireImage.com
English Garden: Blue-eyed soul star Joss Stone was in full bloom in a playful Petro Zillia gown at the 2005 Grammy ceremony. She later took the stage barefoot in a purple gown to duet with Melissa Etheridge, but, as she arrived, she kept her perfectly-matched '70s-inspired heels on as she posed for the paparazzi before the show.Photo by Gregg DeGuire, WireImage.com
Winter White: Usher's trim outfit on last year's red carpet proved that white is indeed the new black ... but the look was derailed by his excessive jewels, including multiple gold necklaces which interfered with the crisp, clean lines of his ensemble.Weknow you can drop $1M on a watch, bro. You don't have to beat us over the head with it!Photo by Gregg DeGuire, WireImage.com
Sweat Pea: Last year, Fergie's 'Humps' hadn't yet become infamous, and she displayed them elegantly in a strapless, form-fitting gown with a flirty, flared hem. Here's hoping that her '07 choice isn't loaded up with 'iceys' or plastered with head-to-toe Louis Vuitton logos.Photo by Gregg DeGuire, WireImage.com
Pretty in Pink: Before she revealed her inner rock star to the world in '05, Hilary Duff walked the Grammy red carpet in a sugar-sweet shade of bubblegum pink. Although, the platinum hair and ultra-fair skin made the overall effect a little too 'Barbie doll.'Photo by Kevin Mazur Archive 1, WireImage.com
Fugly in Pink: While the colorful pop diva is usually applauded for her wild and crazy looks, the burlesque-leotard-space alien getup she wore in 2002 was just plain ridiculous. The Pussycat Dolls might be hiring, though. Pink would fit right in!Photo bySteve Granitz Archive 1, WireImage.com
Green Machines: These two OutKasts have become known for their eccentric and sometimes daring clothing choices, but these color-coordinated outfits just didn't work on the Grammy red carpet. The corduroy suit and blazer with jeans would have been fine, but, hey, it's not easy being green.Photo by Frederick M. Brown, Getty Images
Long N' Leggy: R&B diva Toni Braxton was only a breeze away from being X-rated in the ultra-revealing gown she wore to the 2001 Grammy ceremony. This barely-there creation belongs on the rack at Frederick's of Hollywood, not walking the red carpet.Photo by Kevin Mazur Archive 1, WireImage.com
Goddess Girl: If you want to look fantastic on the red carpet, study Beyonce. You are guaranteed to look stunning. This black and gold Roberto Cavalli dress, paired with perfect chandelier earrings and a chic updo, made Beyonce one of 2005's best-dressedGrammy girls.Photo by Gregg DeGuire, WireImage.com
Never Won a Grammy
Jessica Simpson: Somewhat lost in the shuffle of '90s pop divas, Jessica Simpson has yet to receive a statue, while Beyonce, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears have all had multiple wins. Photo by Getty Images
50 Cent: The G-Unit head and Eminem protege has sold over 16 million albums and launched countless other successful franchises, but has yet to be honored by the Grammy community. Eminem, on the other hand, has won nine times. Photo by Kevin Winter, GettyImages
Led Zeppelin: 'Stairway to Heaven' may be one of the most referenced songs in pop-culture history, but the band that inspired everything from hair metal to 'Spinal Tap' to Wayne and Garth never won a Grammy.
Diana Ross: Despite 18 No. 1 singles and a career spanning four decades, the Motown icon doesn't have a Grammy statue for either her solo music or her work with the Supremes. Photo by ShowBizIreland / Getty Images
Backstreet Boys: It's true -- not a stitch of Grammy love has been given to one of the most successful boy bands in history. For the record, their rivals *NSYNC were also consistently snubbed despite their stellar record sales. Photo by Jimin Lai, AFP/ Getty Images
Tupac: The revered rapper and poet has surprisingly never had a Grammy win, posthumous or otherwise. Photo by Michel Haddi, Eyevine / ZUMA Press
Ciara: The Queen of Crunk 'n' B may have sold over five million albums in her young career, but Ciara's lone Grammy win was for someone else's song -- Best Short Form Music Video for her featured appearance in Missy Elliot's 'Lose Control' video.
Queen: The decadence of Queen's look and sound has had widespread influence on many Grammy winners -- George Michael, Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Flaming Lips all cite the band as an influence -- but Queen never won their own Grammy.
Jewel: Hootie & the Blowfish took home the Grammy for Best New Artist the year Jewel's first album, 'Pieces of You,' was released, and her bad Grammy luck has continued to this day.Photo by Mark Owens for AOL Music
Neil Young: Despite being one of the most consistent and prolific voices of his generation, neither Neil Young's solo work nor his accomplished group efforts (CSNY or Buffalo Springfield, anyone?) has ever won him a Grammy. Photo by Tim Mosenfelder, GettyImages

As a Bluesman myself, if Buddy Guys "Skin Deep" doesn't win Best Blues Album, there is something wrong here. I know thru my bro-in-law, Reese Wynans who played all of the keyboards in it that Buddy pulled off every solo in one take. With Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi and Eric Clapton sitting in,this is the best offer from Buddy in a long time.

Lil Wayne is one big black hole of suck...He's proof that a word salad tossed with a cut and paste beat will sell like hot cakes...and it's a pitiful shame...He also reminds me of why I'm glad that I was born and raised during the time when rap/hip hop had emcees that were storytellers instead of this tired crap that's so popular these days.

VMANIC 1 05:49 PMDec 04 2008 Todays music so horrendous and the musical talent so watered down that, it really doesn't matter who wins. The Grammys are more of a popularity contest than anything else.yeah sorry, not EVERYBODY likes classical music...some of us are in the 21st century, not the 18th...please excuse some of us for being human and having an opinion that's different from yours...the music YOU listen to is SO much better..its too bad some of us wanna be awake when we listen to it, not falling asleep wishing someone would cut off our limbs and take us to a hospital so we don't have to hear it anymore

If Lil' Wayne wins album of the year I'm gonna start a frickin riot. Radiohead made not only in my opinion, one of the best albums in their career, but one of the best albums I've heard in a very long time. I'm sick of people saying Lil' Wayne is good. He's not. He garbage. I'm sick of getting bombarded with this ********! When will people wake the fu@k up and quit buying this $hit so we don't have to hear it ever again!! Listen to independent artists people!
