(FILES) US singer Janet Jackson (L) has her breast exposed while singing with Justin Timberlake (R) during the half-time of Super Bowl XXXVIII at Reliant Stadium in this February 1, 2004 file photo in Houston, Texas. The US government has asked the Supreme Court to reimpose a half-million-dollar fine slapped on CBS television for a 2004 broadcast of live images of pop star Janet Jackson's breast, court documents obtained by AFP show. It is up to the Supreme Court to decide whether it will consider the request. Prosecutors are asking the high court justices to weigh in on a case that raised eyebrows and stirred passions in the United States, where nudity on non-pay television is a no-no in advertising, while rare and limited to late-night hours in television series. What utter ignorance! Whether or not the "news" story is real or not has been eclipsed by the racism of theis comment board. Seems to happen alot here. We are commenting on this story, which has nothing to do with racism or ethnicity. And to outright insult someone based on...what? Racism exists because people forget that we are all the same under the skin. Its getting to be that you can't read a comment board without some one spewing hate about either Barak or Jackson or ...substitute your person of color here...too much hate in this world...hate jealousy and greed.

Paid ad here : Why not ask if Obama has enough experience? He's had less than she has and at least she hasn't represented and worked with Acorn that got us into this financial mess. She hasn't taken money from Freddie & Fannie either. Obama has. He's #2 after Dodd.

Don't even begin to give me that trouper garbage. I have been to more than one Janet Jackson concert that was "suddenly" cancelled because she "had the flu". She makes a habit of canceling shows. Release from the ER a few hours later? Sounds like she didn't want to perform.

Yes, that's right, Janet IS a real trouper! Which means, that, if she actually COULD NOT go on - and had to go to ER - something MUST BE REALLY REALLY WRONG!! C'mon people - stop with the judging and the mean and ugly comments. The only comments that belong here is that we wish Janet well - we hope that she will get well soon and that we are praying for her and we pray that her ailment is not serious or of a life-threatening nature. That is what I wish for Janet - ALL THE BEST, ALWAYS!

She's been trained to perform even if she is puking 5 minutes before showtime, she would be on stage....

slangnpartz -You are a racist idiot. Blacks, Native Americas, Asians and Hispanics have just as much right to the white house as Whites. Let's see so far our current president is white (mediocre student) and what do we have a long illegitimate war, wall street meltdown, corruption and we owe billions to China. Oh yeah only white people can run the country.
