(Oct. 7) - PEOPLE magazine reportedly shelled out $6 million for the first photos of Jennifer Lopez's twin children -- Max and Emme.
Since Lopez and her husband, Marc Anthony, are successful celebrities, many assumed most of the money would go to charity, a la Brangelina.
However, the singer-actress reveals in an interview with the Daily Beast that she kept a good portion of the millions for her twins.

While discussing how the price got so high for the pictures, Lopez says that she couldn't turn it down.
"I thought I can set them up. I can put this away just for them," she explains.
"We gave a little bit and I saved the rest for them," she confesses.

I absolutely agree with Jennefer and Marc to keep the money for their kids. Angelina has an agenda for what she does.........it's called media ho!!! Stop with the hating. J.Lo is beautiful and classy, she never had to go around without panties to get attention! Move on with your lives and let live.

1st of all, most children(of the actor/pop variety) do not grow up and attend college. JLo and her pseudoman have so much money that their grandchildren will be rich. this was an arrogant statement executed perfectly. how else to keep the spotlight on you, but by giving people something to argue about.

I love Jennifer and I think she has every right to hold on to any money she gets for her kids. Have you people never heard of actors and actoress in their later years , winding up flat broke?

Jennifer, just like other celebrities went to school and college and had a part-time job just like anyone else, But they made their dream come true. What you think she came just like Paris Hilton whose parents got were they are with their hard work and now she is the one spending all that hard work money, come on people don't be jelous of peoples accomplishments, make your own get out and make your dream come true.

Wow, she NEEDED to keep most of the six million??? For what exactly? I am sure they have plenty of $ to supply their kids with whatever they want whenever they want it. I hate that celebrities and pro sport players make MILLIONS each year while the average firefighter, nurses, paramedics, hospital workers, garbage man make beans! !I this this country is ass backwards!!

People need to be real when it comes to answering questions like this instead of trying to act like they wouldnt sell their first baby pics...whatever...you know if someone offered you $ and would be on the front cover of a magazine, you would do it....keep it real...I know I would....and yes I would give a portion to charity but i would also keep the remaining for my child.....It is what it is........OH and everybody needs to judge themselves instead of everyone else...Jen & Marc...do you thing...there's always gonna be some HATERS in this world.

You people are what's wrong with America. Yeah, there are poor kids out there, but their parents put them there. Maybe because they had it rough...they will grow up and be successful. If not, then they will fall out of the gene pool. Sounds mean, but come on...it is not our job to support every other poor human being in the world. They can go out and GET A JOB instead of sucking off of us and the government. Quit giving to them and maybe they will do something for themselves and their kids! Ever think about that??

I think that we can all agree that she was just being a typical celebrity. I don't think that she needed to keep any of the money, but wouldn't you want to just get the pictures over with, instead of having people follow you everywhere trying to get a picture of the twins? at least this way they were cute pictures, and well shot.
