(Dec. 1) - If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

Paris Hilton flopped the first time she tried her hand at music, but that hasn't stopped the heiress from finishing a sophomore album. "I wrote all the songs," Hilton tells EW of her untitled follow-up to 2006's "Paris" CD. "It's very dance, like Kylie Minogue."

Just how she intends to release the album has yet to be determined. "I'm figuring it out right now," she says. "I'm not sure which label I'm doing it with." Warner Bros. severed ties with the actress-mogul-singer last year.

Hilton has her own independent label, Heiress Records, which she founded in 2004 to help get her music career off the ground. The label's roster includes one artist: Paris Hilton.

In October, Hilton debuted a new single, "My BFF," on Ryan Seacrest's radio show.

It's a "very personal album," Hilton said on the radio show. "My last album was very hip-hop ... this is completely different."

The only reason this tramp is in the news is because the Hilton name. If she had to rely on her looks or talent she would be selling it for maybe 20 bucks a pop.

She could try the MC Hammer route and go on the road and sell her music out of the trunk of her car. Most people work to get where they are. Just because you have gobs of money and are a celebrity bimbo of note doesn't equate to actually having any talent.

People who put Paris down are simply revealing their own ignorance and unjustified vanity. The tabloid media chose to make Paris famous, and then when people started complaining about it, the tabloid media tore Paris down to try and hide their own culpability. Paris Hilton is not the person the tabloids present, and people who base their opinions on such trash only demonstrate their own lack of insight. Too bad for you.
