(Nov. 20) - Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed on a divorce settlement that puts to rest custody issues and keeps the bulk, if not all, of the singer's money out of the film director's hands, various media outlets in the UK are reporting Thursday.

The Daily Mail has learned that the 50-year-old music icon will walk away from the eight-year marriage with her entire $445 million fortune intact and that Ritchie actually waived his right, under English divorce law, to receive as much as half of her wealth.

Also key to the agreement is the matter of where the couple's two sons will live. According to reports, Rocco, 8, and the adopted David, three, will divide their time between Britain and America. Madonna's daughter, Lourdes, 12, will continue to live with her mom.

The singer had wanted all the children to be placed with her in New York City, while Ritchie felt they should stay in London.

A judge will likely grant them an initial divorce decree on Friday, according to the schedule for London's High Court.

The court lists "Ciccone M L v Ritchie G S" as one of 17 cases for "matrimonial and civil partnership causes for pronouncement of decree." That means a judge is to grant the couple a preliminary divorce decree, or decree nisi.

Ritchie is believed to have his own small fortune, hovering around $54 million, from making films like "Snatch" and this year's "RocknRolla."

A friend of the ex-couple told the The Times: "He could have hugely boosted his bank balance and set himself up for life, but he already feels he has enough money. He also didn't want the whole thing dragging on in the public gaze for months and months and, in any case, his priority was the childrens future."

Ritchie previously rejected a $30 million settlement offer by the singer, according to reports. The pair announced they were divorcing on Oct. 15, ending months of speculation about the state of their sometimes rocky relationship.

Madonna has since been linked to New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez, but she insists they are just friends.

Madonna rocks! Im sorry that their marriage broke up, but i think they are bothadults and know what is best for themselves. Guy did a stand up thing and not go after Madges money, because it was HER money that she made herself through her career, and besides he already has enough millions of his own. So its good he chose to just put things past it and move on with the divorce and try to get it resolved as soon as possible, which is whats best for all the kids.

This is for KadinTodd2:Regarding your comment that Guy Ritchie didn't fight for "his daughter," for your information, Lourdes is not his daughter. Lourdes' father is Carlos Leon, who is very much alive and in his daughters' life. Guy has no legal right to cusody of her. His priority is Rocco, his blood son, and the custody of David, the little boy Madonna adopted, was also in question. In my opinion, she should never have adopted him with the marriage in the condition that it obviously has been for quite some time. Poor little boy was better off with his own father and relatives. Maybe they're poor, but at least his life would now be stable.

Madge is THE original skank!!!! She's a real wacko...i met her several yrs ago here in the Pittsburgh area when she was visiting family & she is WIERD....she has the "gimmick" of being dirty, suggestive and vulgar, which she SHOULD have outgrown a while ago....i feel sorry for her kids....and as far as looks go, she's never been what anyone would call beautiful or gorgeous. She's 50 & it shows!!!! I wish she'd spend some of her fortune and do something with her hair - as in GET A ROOT JOB & a more attractive style for goodness sakes!!
