Actually, at one point, Love's daughter was taken and her grandparents have custody rights over her. Love then got "clean" and got her daughter back.

Oliveme: wrestle with their creative urges? WTF are you talking about?As far as I can tell, Courtney Love's only creative urge is to get drunk in public. I'm not retarded, am I? Child Protective Services has not, as of yet, taken away her daughter? Wonder if she's home alone Mom's out doing...whatever it is that she's doing in this picture?I'm so thoroughly grossed out by this no-talent trainwreck. The best thing I can think to say about her is that she doesn't seem to be bothering to do anything of significance these days, which makes her mercifully easy to ignore.

courtney love is a disgusting person . She isnt even that talented a musician . She has never written a record on her own . She always needs " help " . First it was kurt , then it was billy corgin , then trent reznor , then one of the 4 non blondes . I`d like to see what she could write if it were just her . I`m guessing maybe a decent chorus here , a half decent hook there , and a few angry sort of compelling lyrics ....

Courtney Love is a tremendous talent both as a musician and as an actress. Like many public figures, Love has had to battle private demons in the public arena. Love and her fans can take comfort in the fact that of the many talented artists who got clean, non were abandoned by their muses, although, perhaps, it was more difficult to muster the courage from within to face and wrestle with their creative impulses. Rock on Courtney! Looking for you on the silver screen, too....
