Kal Penn has yet to begin work at the White House nearly two months after his 'House' character was killed off, and in a bizarre twist, administration officials are hinting the delay is due to the "shocking" storyline of his exit. "The suicide of his character on 'House' was quite shocking," Shin Inouye, White House director of Specialty Media, told The Wrap, "so everyone thought there should be a bit of timely delay before he takes up work for the administration."
