Justice Scalia: 'I Have Religious Views...They Have Nothing to Do with My Job' (Politics Daily)

Nov 14th 8:06 PM: 'I Have Religious Views...They Have Nothing to Do with My Job'--------- He would fail the polygraph with this statement.
All of your life views would influence the job, regardless of your religious beliefs. He is not only lying to the public, he is lying to himself.

10 Things Not to Say to a Guy Watching Football (Lemondrop)

Nov 8th 5:31 PM: Actually, it is just a game. heavily influenced by bookies, but still just a game.

Organized sports are lame. I've never understood why people are so obsessed with watching a child's game, played by adults that act like children yet are too lazy to get off their drunk fat asses and actually play the game themselves.

Hyundai rides recession-conscious consumers to record earnings (Daily Finance)

Oct 26th 2:07 AM: My $50,000 GMC came with a 3 year, 30,000 mile warranty. GM really trusts its workmanship, doesn't it?
The way unions operate is pure communism. Take from the business creators and give it to the proletariat.
Hyundai is a lower end car but it has a 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty. They don't have unions dragging down their company and actually trust their workmanship.

Apple Multi-Touch Magic Mouse (Shopping Articles Blog)

Oct 26th 12:53 AM: Danny - how much does apple pay you to post on these sites?

Apple - use your intuition to read my finger gesture about this mouse.

AT&T rallies its workers, friends and families against open Internet rules (Daily Finance)

Oct 20th 3:09 PM: AT&T (wireless) once told me that they didn't really care if I had lousy service. They only try to provide a good service, and if it doesn't happen, tough. As long as I pay my bill they really don't care about me as a customer.
I don't see them really caring about anything except the bottom line.

10 Tips for Dealing With Family on Facebook (Switched.com)

Oct 12th 2:09 PM: If you got off your computer and actually talked with your real friends and family, you wouldn't need facebook or myspace.
People are becoming less social as time goes on. You don't communicate with 160 character messages or quick "bumps" on a social disease I mean social networking site.

McCain Warns that Rejection of More Troops Would be 'Historic' Error (Politics Daily)

Oct 11th 3:07 PM: Why does McCain want to create another Vietnam? He was in that war and he knows that you can't fight an enemy you can't identify.
The only way to "win" Afghanistan is genocide.
Afghanistan has never been "won". Ever. What kind of ego does it take to send Americans (other than yourself or your family) into a country where you know that there is absolutely no viable winning strategy? How much do you have to hate the American soldiers to send them into this fiasco?

Hot Seat - Should Ensign Resign? (Politics Daily)

Oct 7th 11:07 PM: He should resign not for the affairs - which seem to be a requirement of elected officials, but with the lack of courage and grace he showed when it was discovered.
He has no moral character, which has been repeatedly shown over and over.

A Catholic Court? Let the Arguments Begin (Politics Daily)

Oct 5th 3:26 PM: If they are practicing Catholics that could be a problem. Their oath of office could be superseded by loyalty to the Pope. We would have no way of knowing if the Vatican is influencing their decisions, even though that would be a definite violation of the separation of Church and State.
Try to email a supreme court justice. Try to get a visitor log. Try to do a freedom of information act to get copies of minutes that go on behind closed doors.
This super secretive branch of the government makes decisions on itself, without the ability for Americans to challenge their decisions is unAmerican.
I would like to see the supreme court televised like C-Span. Let their comments be made public. A lifetime appointment is unAmerican as well.

Hot Seat - Capitalism (Politics Daily)

Oct 5th 3:10 PM: So far, there has never been a "good" question on these polls.
Michael Moore doesn't hate capitalism. He's living proof that it works. The Republican AND Democratic party are owned by capitalistic businesses, so they don't hate it either.
However, the GOP (and some of the DNC) showed that it didn't trust that capitalism would work and created a bailout process for businesses too big to fail. Michael Moore exposed the hipocracy.
Both parties have outlived their usefulness. Both parties are doing their best to kill off America in support of "special" interests.
Start thinking for yourself and don't support either party. Support the person who will do the least amount of damage to your community if elected. And remember - there is NO SUCH THING as an HONEST second term politician.
