If you give me crap service there is no way in hell I am giving you 10% of ZERO, let alone the tab. Cory K. is an obvious special ed student.
I don't mind pointing things out to new people to the industry though....One time when I realised that this girl was very new to being a waitress I noticed as I was filling out the reciept of the debit card that she was watching in anticipation....I immediately wrote 0 with a big line through it. Then I explained to her that you should never expect a tip nor look for the tip. I further explained that it is inconsiderate to do so.

Another gal asked me if I wanted the change when I left a 20 with the $11 tab.(This one was not new to the game) I told her no....I left her no tip and explained to her how rude that was....as though she didn't already know.
I agree with Julie....I would rather get the food myself than pay an asshole to drop food in front of me.

#1.
Diversity does not bring anything to the table if the people are dumb as they come.

Having a word that only your race can use is the biggest racist thing there is.

Only the rich uper 5% of people owened slaves.(The same 5% that own you now)(White/black/brown/yellow this means you. If you are not the top 5% of wealth...you are not excluded....you just don't own a TON of people.)

If you think that someone owes you money because your ancestors were sold as slaves I suggest you go to the people that captured and sold your ancestors and get it from them. (For those people citing this in the states this would mean going over to Africa....Finding the tribe that you were from. Finding the tribe that won the battle and took you as slaves and going back in time to be able to do any of this.)

People are too stupid to get over themselves and will use race because it may be the only thing that they have at all.

Good work ethics are frowned upon because a culturally diverse work place looks better is one of the biggest racist concepts that has been forced down the throat of people.
