Any moron knows that states that don't allow Gay Marriage do not recognize vows made in other states. Their marriage is legal in California only, so unless they both move to CA, there would be no divorce, hence no divorce, no pre-nup, no custody hearing. Maybe do your research before you preach your right-wing, conservative, I'm-better-than-you attitudes. Or maybe just educate yourself that there are people who may not be the same as you, but are people none-the-less.
