Jun 5th 2011 8:44AMBravisimo to the writer! What an article.....and no you don't have to end the evening in a swank restaurant, or with the "best sex ever" although that would be nice. Sometimes in marriage the BEST moments are the quiet mutual forgiving moments and the ability to appreciate them....
May 6th 2011 4:26PMI cannot imagine losing a child in this way....by suicide.... it is too horrible, but I have to question what is wrong with today's youth that they value life "so little", and think suicide is the answer to a "trial" in life. Someone "bulling" you at school is so on the low side of what real trials in life can occur, that it leaves me stunned. This is totally way out there for older generations in this country...that lived by..."sticks and stones will break your bones, but names can never hurt you". It makes me think the youth of today have no strength or backbone or character, and definitely have lost plain and simple civility towards each other. It more simple language...it's nuts!
Jan 6th 2011 11:51AMRelationships don't happen overnight. When Father first started to have misgivings about his commitment to the Catholic church was the time to switch to the Angelican church. There would have been some moral conviction attached to his choice then, but to wait until you are exposed is a little hypocritical. His convictions about marriage and the Catholic Church involve financial as well as other considerations for the church. It's not just a simple "keep up with the times". To me, you make choices in life and have to reap whatever consequences come from those choices.....that's what we all have to do.
