Fallen beauty queen Carrie Prejean and the Miss USA pageant have dropped counterclaims stemming from her controversial same-sex marriage statements made earlier this year that may have been motivated by a sex tape, writes TMZ.

Prejean allegedly dropped her demand for a million dollar settlement after a lawyer representing the Miss California Pageant showed a video of her engaged in racy sexual acts.

Ivanka Trump walked down the aisle this weekend, and though this may come as a terrible shock, PEOPLE reports that Donald Trump's eldest daughter celebrated her nuptials with a lavish reception. Trump, 27, wore a Vera Wang gown when she wed publisher Jared Kushner in a ceremony at the Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey on Sunday.

"She looks amazing," a rep told PEOPLE.

Academy Award-winning actress Tilda Swinton has joined the fight against Donald Trump who plans to build a multi-million dollar golf resort in Scotland. The star added her name to a 15,000-strong petition backing four residents on the Scottish coast who face possible eviction to make way for Trump's new property. Trump was granted permission to build in 2008, but Swinton refuses to let the Trump Organization "bully" the local residents. Trump fired back at Swinton (via TMZ). "Where was Tilda Swinton three years ago when everyone else was petitioning? She's a little late in the game don't you think?"

Why anyone would seek praise from Donald Trump is beyond us, but apparently documentary filmmaker Mike Tollin did just that when he sent The Donald a copy of his movie about the United States Football League. Trump, who owned a USFL team before the league tanked (which Tollin attributes largely to Trump mismanagement), wasted no time personally telling Tollin his true feelings, sending him a handwritten note saying: "Mike ... A third rate documentary -- and extremely dishonest (as you know) -- Best Wishes, Donald Trump ... P.S. You are a loser"
