What's your first memory? "Oh, geez, I remember I was about 3 years old, and I woke up--we were staying at Disneyland. In case you didn't know, Leighton Meester is a singer-songwriter and has a new single out called 'Somebody to Love,' which features Robin Thicke. And we found out she's far different from the awesome, uptight beyotch she plays on 'Gossip Girl.'

Although 'Gossip Girl' continues to enchant us with juicy story lines and fashionable clothing, this season is blatantly fictitious about the freshman college experience. Does anyone remember moving into their college dorm? It was probably a small room in which you had to live, eat and sleep in -- while sharing it with a person you'd never met. Yet, when the Upper East Siders moved into their new digs at NYU, it was obvious their college lifestyle would be a larger-than-life exaggeration. Here's a list of things that caught our eye during the third season episodes that we're sure would never happen in real life.


1. Dorm Size
Anyone who has been to college knows a dorm room is a nice term for the hole in the wall you'll be living in -- and is nothing like Blair Waldorf's huge palace-like NYU digs. At one point, 15 students are sitting comfortably in a dorm room watching a movie. With plenty of room to walk around, it's far fetched from typical dorm living spaces.

'Gossip Girl' actress Kelly Rutherford has been granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, claiming that his presence has been threatening to both Rutherford and her nanny.

In the legal filing, Rutherford claims that Daniel Giersch "has begun to follow me, my mother and my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us." TMZ reports. Rutherford also claims that Giersch's behavior and the stress that has been caused by it has affected her breast milk production.

Blake Lively is a bit of a tease -- at least on the red carpet.

The 'Gossip Girl' stunner donned a low-cut, high-slit red dress for the Emmys, where she is presenting. Lively showed off a lot of leg, and just enough of her other assets in the frock.

The actress accessorized with nude, patent-leather Christian Louboutin heels.

'Gossip Girl' heartthrob Chace Crawford let go of his pretty boy image for a photo shoot with Wonderland Magazine. In the interview, Crawford said life is good -- as he's graduating to the big screen with 'Twelve' and the 'Footloose' remake.

Ironically, the 24-year-old actor admits he fell into acting during high school when the drama teacher asked him to audition-- even though he was the star football player.

So, Interview magazine decided to turn things -- and Chace's image -- on its butt while shooting and interviewing the 'Gossip Girl' (and upcoming 'Footloose' remake) star, inking him up 'Eastern Promises' style for their photo spread. In the Interview ... um, interview ... Chace chats about the constant paparazzi swarm around 'Gossip Girl' and how he's getting ready to be the next Kevin Bacon.

Recent photos of Ashley Greene with 'Gossip Girl' star Chace Crawford prove their relationship might go beyond being just friends. Crawford was dropping off Greene at LAX Monday morning, but before departing Greene leaned in for what seems to be a pretty steamy goodbye kiss.

Greene was in Los Angeles for the Teen Choice Awards, where she was named the "Choice Fresh Face Female" for her role as Alice Cullen in 'Twilight.'
