When contestant Jeff Kirby appeared on 'Jeopardy!' this week, loyal fans poured out to reveal he was cast twice, violating the rules of the game show. He first appeared on 'Jeopardy!' show in 1999, and under the rules, contestants are not permitted to appear again without an invitation. Yet on Monday, Kirby was back on the air.
