According to shocking photos on celeb gossip/news site RadarOnline.com, celebrity train wreck Lindsay Lohan is cutting her wrists. The starlet has been going through a rough time as of late, with her disastrous turn on the fashion runway and the internet-wide release of a voicemail that has her sobbing uncontrollably, not to mention her father Michael Lohan's constant meddling in her affairs.

Lindsay's family war has exploded publicly, and RadarOnline.com has shocking photos that show scars on her wrists, apparently backing up Dina Lohan's claim that Lindsay is a cutter.

TLC is suing Jon Gosselin for breach of contract, and the network -- which produces 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' -- is calling upon his maybe-girlfriend Hailey Glassman and his celebrity BFF Michael Lohan to be their witnesses, RadarOnline.com reports.

Lawyers for TLC will depose Glassman and Lohan, along with Gosselin's bodyguard, his lawyer Mark Heller and others in their case against the Octo-Dad.

After Michael Lohan released recorded tapes of his daughter Lindsay Lohan's cries for help, the 'Mean Girls' actress struck back at her father, branding him a "loser."

"My fathers [sic] such a loser & those recordings are from years ago," Lohan tweeted. "To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them ..."

Though Michael Lohan has been quick to make comments to the media about his elder daughter's health and personal life, Lindsay Lohan isn't working on her relationship with her estranged father. In fact, according to her Twitter feed, Lindsay isn't a fan of her dad at all. On Friday, the actress tweeted: "My father is a lunatic and doesn't even deserve such a title since he's never been around in my life other than when he'd threaten me and my family."

Lindsay Lohan has started proceedings to file a restraining order against her father.

The 'Mean Girls' actress is said to fear for her safety and has instructed her lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman to begin the paperwork against Michael Lohan.

The filing should be ready within the next 48 hours, according to website RadarOnline.

While it's difficult to take Michael Lohan seriously, he's back at it again -- addressing Lindsay Lohan's alleged drug addiction on national TV with Maury Povich. While Povich insinuates that Lindsay has become a "victim of prescription drugs" and "looks terrible... wasted," Lohan digs deeper implying that Lindsay is headed for death.

Michael Lohan has never been one to shy away from making should-be-private statements in public or to the press. He often delves into his family life and the actions of his daughters and wife while giving interviews rather than just having the conversation directly with the person. So, while it shouldn't be surprising to hear about his new interview with RadarOnline in which he claims the Lohans are staging an intervention for daughter Lindsay Lohan, this subject matter is even more questionable than the rest.
