'Black Hawk Down' actor Tom Sizemore is being sued by an ex-girlfriend for allegedly not paying child support for the couple's twin boys, TMZ is reporting. In the lawsuit, filed last week in L.A. Actor Tom Sizemore has been charged with spousal battery in connection with an allegedly violent incident involving his girlfriend.
