To Vanbrw5:WTF is wrong w/ you? are you saying that poor kid deserved to be beat? there is a huge difference between discipline and abuse. beating a child w/ a belt till they have lacerations and bruises is abuse! yes when i was a kid i was swatted w/ a belt but never never did i bruise! that is discipline. 2 yrs ago my x boyfriend, went into my 2 son's (who where 11mo's & 3yrs) room in the middle of the night for no reason and beat the living hell out of them, and according to what your saying that 6yr old must of done something to be "disciplined" in that fashion. did my son's deserved that too? you apparently have no children otherwise you wouldn't type that ignorant as can be comment

I dont believe an abuse but I do believe an corpal punishment. That what wrong with these childrens today , they are unruly, disrespectful and the parent cant control them. Once when a parent start discipline, here come someone call the police or social worker. Dont get me wrong there are kids that are abusive not only physcially but mentally

It takes a big man to beat up on a little 6 year old. That lanlord deserves a medal...this is lower than low...obviously this little guy's mother choses a cowardly baby beater over her own son! I hope the "relative" that they put the boy with isn't just another psycho. Brings tears to my eyes...

I rarely post a comment, but I do read them, but this is bullsh*t, I would beat the sh*t out of him with the belts to see if he likes it, eye for an eye..and that b**ch also, when God gives you a child, you are supposed to protect him or her to the deaths..I hope the baby gets some help and may God bless him and the landlord...

Laws need to be enforced against predators of abuse, whether in a domestic violent environment or childhood sexual or other abuses, should be made to pay for endangering the welfare of a minor child. Religion, Morals, Values, Manners and Trust is what the child needs, not discipline that will ultimately scare the child physically, and will help the child learn bad behavior

Child molesters do not do well in Prison. I can only hope the case is such for the man and woman responsible. I guess that makes me as bad as them. I need to pray that they will learn from God what this experience is supposed to teach them. At least this little boy didn't end up like the little Hudson boy.

he is one sick ******* what did a 6 year old boy ever do to deserve such a awful beating. Someone should inflict the same on him
