PEOPLE is reporting that Nicollette Sheridan and the snarky actor were "full-on making out" at a birthday party for the 'Desperate Housewives starlet, despite trying to play coy by arriving separately and eating at different tables.

A PEOPLE source also says that the two "cuddled and kissed" in a booth at the new Los Angeles restaurant Luau.

Sheridan announced in August that her engagement to Bolton had come to an end. The duo dated in the 90s, and then rekindled their love in 2005.

Spade has always done well with the ladies, landing in relationships with a slew of actresses and even some Playboy Playmates. In September, it was verified that he is the father of Playmate Jillian Grace's baby girl, who was born in August.
