Both Nikki Blonksy and Bianca Golden have been cleared of assault charges stemming from an incident in the summer where the two women's families broke out into a fight in a Caribbean airport. Blonsky's father, however, still faces prosecution.

Heather Locklear has avoided a DUI case by pleading no contest to reckless driving related to her arrest last year. The star has been sentenced to three years informal probation, a fine of $700 and she must complete a DMV road and safety class. She was arrested in September on suspicion of DUI in Santa Barbara County, Calif. The actress was pulled over after a resident reported that she was driving "erratically."

After pleading guilty to drug possession, theft and animal cruelty charges, rapper DMX will serve at least 90 days in jail and will be unable to own animals or firearms as part of his probation agreement.

Come on you idiots, the common person has DUI's reduced to reckless operation ever day. It has nothing to do with being a celebrity. If anything it goes the opposite way the judge has to try to make an example because he knows its in the the national news. Don't hate her because shes beautiful!

You cast a vote for a person to be a Judge from your election area , and hundreds of thousands pay a menial amount to go back onto the streets and more , to do the same thing . Vehicle -impound ? ha ha , what a pathetic joke. There are thousands of individuals who(m) have eluded the Law in my state , and they keep getting into law-breaking situations , and the Judges let them loose ,time and time again . Maybe the Judges need to get seriously hurt going home one evening ya tink ?

After what Heather has been through with a husband cheating on her with her best friend what do you expect. Everybody loves Heather Lockler and Charlie Sheen. By the way Charlie has moved on and started a new family and is very happy. I'm quite sure Heather will come around and find somebody worthy of her and be happy as well. I'm from NJ and even though Richie Zambora is also, it doesn't mean we love him. He's just a member of a band that backs up the star (Jon Bonjovi). He could never make it on his own.

My understanding is that at the time of this arrest, she was taking perscription anit-depressants.
