Garth Tells of 'Six Months of Hell'
PopEater
(Sept. 4) -- Pushing the '90210' Kelly Taylor redux buzz aside, Jennie Garth turns serious in a new PEOPLE interview in which she describes the "six months of hell" she experienced recently.
In that half-year, Garth's father passed away and her 5-year-old daughter Lola became ill. "There was a six month period in my life when I didn't think about my looks or my weight or my body or anything," Garth tells PEOPLE.
Fun in the Sun With Kim
Flee from the paparazzi? Not if you're Kim Kardashian, who decided to splish and splash for the cameramen following her every move in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Note to Self: Change of swimsuit means change of facial expression. Go from polka-dot and carefree, to solid and stoic.

After 'Dancing With the Stars," Garth says Lola "got very sick and we didn't know what was wrong with her. I was basically locked in a closet with her for three months."
Lola was later diagnosed with "a form of JRA [Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis]) and we treated her and it's in remission," Garth said. The actress says that while the process was tough, Lola is "better now."
