Remember after Hurricane Katrina, when the Christian Right said that "New Orleans was being punished because of its lifestyle and support of gays and liberals"? Well ... I'm still waiting for them to come out with a pronouncement of what Houston did to deserve Hurricane Ike. Ummm ... maybe ... support of Bush? Maybe ... being the home of Ken Lay and the Enron debacle of corruption, fraud and cronyism in the GOP? Or maybe it's ... their intolerant, red-state viewpoints that seek to suppress First Amendment rights and women's civil liberties regarding their own bodies, plus the free-wheeling pollution of the state by the oil industry, which is in bed with the whole Bush clan? Or maybe it's ... this whole Bible-thumping, "God is on our side, and our side alone" mentality that is so rife in those parts. Food for thought ... but you'll never hear the Religious Right put themselves and their sympathizers in Houston to the same level of scrutiny and judgment that they did to tho...

Im so glad to see Geraldo fall on his Azzz hahahaha especially after he viewed my model friend Ruslana who fell do her death on the cement in Nyc as he gave his take on it on Fox 5 .. I hope he falls some more.. that was the cruelest thing for him to have done ... I will never forget that ..

I was hoping that this FAKE A__Holes reporter would go to the roof top of that St. Louis Hotel. with a battery operated Mic, and put on a parachute to show us what a real star ? he is???? This ***** want to look so MACHO with his wet hair blowing in the wind-- Then he gets knocked over by a # inch wave!!!! What a hero Geraldo IS????

I also saw Geraldo later in the evening get hit on the temple of his face with a flying object. It made a couple of drops of blood run down his cheek too. I do NOT like thesse reporters going into danger, MAKING NEWS instead of reporting on stuff. The reporters should stand in safer places.

Geraldo-Who cares if a wave got him? He should not have been there. He is only there to get the story first and upfront risking it all. A bit of insanity. Is any story worth death. He is only seeking glory for himself. The whole reporting that evening was stupid. He was blacked out half the time with technical problems. But this is his history right back to Al Capone's vault!!!!
