This isn't the first time Kelly Rutherford has had husband issues. A few years back she married someone. They did the InStyle wedding show where she's going on and on about him being her soul mate. This poor guy got really sick and almost dies. Does she stand by him? Nope she dumps him a few months later. The whole thing was very weird so I'm not surprised that she's having marriage problems again. Something's not right with her. She's an odd one for sure. Kelly if you're reading this- don't get married again. You obviously aren't cut out for a husband.

Joint custody is not SHARED custody. Joint custody means that both parents are supposed to be able to participate in the childs developement. ONE of the parents STILL gets screwed on the visitation (somewhere around 15% of the childs total LIFE). The OTHER parent gets all the child support and 85% of the childs time. I've fought for 10 years to gain more custody and just recently reached the 25% plateau (it cost me twice the child support to do so). The legal system would be a LOT easier and MUCH farer if parents got SHARED custody. Each parent gets EQUAL time and pays an EQUAL amount. WAY to many mothers are making a decent LIVING off their children and the dads are getting SCREWED and accused of being DEAD BEATS for the CRIME of LOVING their child.

Joint custody, get DNA samples, split it in half (property) and go on with life. Stop the fighting. Lawyers get rich on this crap. In the end, both should have joint custody, mediation on what they cannot agree on and neither one pays child support. All women think a husband is a cash machine, that is all. Pay, pay, pay.... if the woman had the child support obligation, she'd quickly shut up and make nice but everyone tells her she will get lots of cash. Maybe yes, maybe no. When you hear of someone going crazy and shooting a wife, her lawyer and then himself, it is easy to figure out. They savage the man until he has no where to turn but violence. Lies, lies, lies... You can only kick a dog so much and he will bite back. My ex's lawyer and my ex loved to grind me in open court. But out in a dark parking lot, late at night, it is a different story for the smart mouthed idiots. Remember, not everyone stay civil in these matters. Be nice and play fair and life goes on. Otherwis...

what gets me is that she is 4 months along with their 2nd child. Why? She started hating him, it probably started more than 4 months ago. Why get preggo? Unless she just wanted to use him for "his seed" and once she got what she wanted doesn't need him anymore. I mean if he was really a rat, why would she let him knock her up again in the first place?

I don't know all the details of this, but if a divorce has been filed for, he CAN'T leave the state, let alone the country with the child without court approval. That's just the way it works. Maybe she threw something at him, but we don't know the whole story. There's always two different sides...

You have to wonder if the child is his.....Is that part of the problem? She seems to be the one who was violent, but as a woman reading the responses, they seem to think it was him.
