You say you saw no remorse.. look closer.. even better get glasses! He's a kid.. 17 yrs old.. in fact he just turned 17, when that all happened. Did you see him at the hospital.. did you see him crying and pacing ? No.. look don't comment on something that you know nothing about or someone you don't know personally. That family was heart broken ( Bollea's). John is a long time friend.. like family to them. In this county, Nick was judged and sentenced.. he paid his time.. unfortunately, it doesn't bring back to life John. What happened could happen to anyone. Doesn't matter if they have a little fame.. or drive a 1989 chevy.. it could happen to anyone! Anyone who drinks and drives.. and is not responsible ! Especially a kid that just turned 16. We wouldn't even be talking about this had they made it home.. and there was no accident. Hopefully all the reads and listens about this.. learns, it can happen to you too!

Nick is getting the same treatment as anyone else. They all get out early for "good behavior". As for the injured friend, he was is just as guilty as Nick. The friend was not an innocent bystander. They were both in it together. They were both doing the same thing. They both showed bad judgement. The friend is responsible for himself being in that car hot doggin and being stupid. He was there because he wanted to be. He was doing just exactly what he wanted to be doing, by his own free will. They were both wrong.

Nick getting out of jail early after only serving a minimal amount of time shows us how our justice system needs reform. It should have been Nick that was severely paralyzed rather then his passenger. Due to Nicks negligence, his passenger will never lead a normal life and will probably always be paralyzed. "Hulk Hogan" should have to pay for Nicks passengers's medical bills the rest of his life...for the negligent entrustment he gave to his son in driving the vehicle. I only hope that the lawsuit that the family brings against the Hogans will bankrupt them. Nick's comments in jail about starting a reality show after he is out shows the lack of compassion or guilt he has for the passenger in his vehicle. I only hope Nick will drive, by himself with no passengers, into a brick wall/tree etc., and his injuries will be that of his passengers in his original wreck. The Hogans make me sick...all of them. Look at his parents behaviors as well as his bitch of a sister. The whole family shows...
