(Jan. 7) - Actress and TV host Lisa Rinna admits injecting Juvederm into her cheeks is her biggest plastic surgery regret. Insecure about her looks, she underwent the surgery and wound up hating it! "You get older and insecure and you think you need it and you don't... Looking fresher is one thing. I look like a freak!" Rinna told MomLogic.

Unable to "un-do" the procedure, Rinna says she is stuck with the Juvederm injections, which soften deep folds and reduce wrinkles in the face.

"I overdid it -- big time. I tried it because my girlfriends did it. I thought: 'I'll do it!' I saw a photo and I was like, 'Oh Jesus. That's no good. That's NOT good,'" Rinna said. "When you change your face, you don't look like yourself. What I learned is that I don't really need it."

After the actress saw her picture in numerous entertainment magazines, she realized she'd never be able to hide her new look from the press. "I always said I wouldn't change my face, but I did it. I can't not be honest about it. I'd look like a fool. It's so obvious. I don't believe in lying. I used to feel like it was nobody's business. But when this happened, I realized I couldn't hide it," Rinna said.

The actress still admits though that she won't give up Botox. "I still like Botox. It's great! It doesn't change the shape of my face," she said.

Enough with the Botox already - those lips look like one big blowfish! I always like the natural actresses - I never liked Rianna because she wreaked low self esteem. When you have to blow up your lips that big - reminds me of a porn star - she is on the wrong set~ Be yourself and be happy! To many naturally beautiful women ruined their looks by doing this because of low self esteem - ouch! Her lips are gonna sag to her chin when she turns 60!

I can't see the cheeks for the lips. All these fat lips look so unnatural. Why not be happy with the way God made us as individuals. Good grooming and a little makeup go a long way. Take a look at the beauties of the past, each feature may not be perfect but the go together perfectly. The composite picture made up of individual features from various celebreties is a little freakish.

Actually, Juvederm isn't done surgically... its an injection just like Botox is an injection; it does wear off after about 5-6 months so those puffy cheeks would smooth out... to "normal". There is another solution that can be injected to disolve the Juvederm.... if she's talking surgery, then she probably had cheek implants done. Juvederm, used properly, administered correctly, rather than what a celeb "thinks" would look good, is a great product.

I believe botox is used around the eyes and lips not injected in them because it causes a paralysis to the muscle . Collagen is used in the lips.

Turned???? I have to agree with nearly everyone, she was freaky lookin before her cheeks blew up! Her lips are sooooo weird... Do these women that get this sh-t done really think it's sexy and men like it? Men don't... At least every man I've asked thinks its all gross, the only thing fake they like is big boobs. It all reminds me of a Doctor Who episode where a woman "the oldest living human" is so vane that all she is is a piece of flesh streched this with lips & eyes.... That's Hollywood!!!

she isn't pretty....barely average looking. Her lips are ridiculous, her cheeks look like two teenis balls and her skin is so acne scarred. She needs a chemical peel to smooth it out! lol
